I would like to thank Sheree Hogan from Onside for completing my review earlier this year. Sheree definitely made me feel at ease whilst the process was successfully undertaken. She has always been highly professional in the manner in which she communicates with me as she goes about putting my review in place. Sheree is only a “phone call” away at all times if I need to talk about my plan or anything else I may need assistance or require guidance from.

I cannot speak highly enough about Shaunee Baker our sons co ordinator. She has gone over and above to support our son with all his needs.Shaunee has kept us ( the family)included and informed at all times.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
