A great organisation with a different way of doing things - so refreshing. The staff are friendly, polite and help in lots of ways. Nothing is too hard for them. Communication could be improved but I understand they are working on it

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
