About Us. We are an Independent NDIS provider and welcome clients with NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA) capacity as well as private stays. We also have Support Workers who provide quality, personalised individual care to people living with a disability in our area, both in home and in the community across South East Queensland. Our Support Workers are compassionate and provide a high level of care around the clock, while also maintaining a fun and peaceful atmosphere for our guests to enjoy and unwind within. We offer a range of creative, social and hands-on activities, as well as a welcoming and spacious environment. Recognition of the diversity and unique strengths and challenges of all of our clients is paramount in working with them to achieve a lasting respite experience perfectly suited to each individual’s requirements. The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
