Bio: Anna-Lee Hamilton is the Chief Operations Officer at Sydney Health & Care Services, an NDIS Registered Provider delivering in-home care supports, Supported Independent Living, respite, and allied health services across NSW.
Anna-Lee began her career in the sector as a Disability Support Worker and has since grown through operational and leadership roles, giving her a strong understanding of both frontline service delivery and the broader responsibilities involved in leading safe, ethical and person-centred services.
In her current role, Anna-Lee oversees service operations, workforce development, compliance, quality improvement, incident response and leadership support. She is passionate about building services that not only meet compliance requirements, but also genuinely improve the lives, safety, dignity and independence of the people being supported.
Anna-Lee's leadership approach is grounded in accountability, compassion, continuous improvement and a strong belief that quality care starts with well-supported teams and clear, values-driven leadership.
