Bio: Eli Geary is an experienced executive leader with more than 15 years of experience across the disability, education and community services sectors.
As Chief Services Officer at TheirCare, Eli leads a diverse portfolio including customer services, inclusion support, NDIS programs, behaviour support, and high-intensity support services, overseeing the delivery of services to thousands of children and families across Australia. His career has focused on improving outcomes for children, young people, and people with disability through person-centred practice, strong governance, and innovative service design. He is passionate about creating inclusive environments where children and young people can thrive and where organisations are empowered to deliver high-quality, sustainable services.
As a Kismet Awards Jury Member, Eli brings a strong understanding of excellence in service delivery, innovation, leadership, and community impact, with a particular interest in recognising initiatives that improve inclusion, accessibility, and outcomes for people with disability.
